HOW TO CLAIM YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE

  • Contact us using the form provided.

  • Provide your contact details, gift certificate code.

  • Confirm the gift certificate's expiry date.

  • Your gift certificate is for a 3-hour organising and decluttering session. 

    • in-home sessions are conducted at your home​

    • virtual sessions are arranged with online connection (Zoom)

  • Travel fees may apply if your location is outside of the abovementioned zone. Refer Terms and Conditions.

  • A booking confirmation reminder will be sent prior to the session date.  

  • Booked sessions can be rescheduled with a minimum 7-days notice.  Reschedules made with less than 7-days notice are subject to availability.  Cancelled bookings will not be rescheduled.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

  • This product is not redeemable for cash.

  • Gift Certificates are checked against the product's purchase history for validity, prior to certificate redemption being accepted.

  • Under no circumstances is this products to be replicated, unlawfully shared or copied with intent to defraud our business.  

  • Gift certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission will not be reissued with a replacement.

  • Gift Certificates are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, unless the product refers to services available for a limited time (eg Mothers/Fathers day).  Expiry dates are added to gift certificates at the time of purchase.

  • Service delivery is limited to Australian residents only.

  • Professionally Organised offers in-home organising services in the Brisbane area and surrounds. We charge no travel fees within a 20 kilometre radius of 4122-Mount Gravatt. Travel fees ($0.75 per km) apply beyond this zone. This fee is payable by the buyer unless otherwise agreed to be paid by the recipient. Travel fees will be invoiced separately prior to redemption. Virtual consultations do not attract travel fees.
